Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Process

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Delivery time across Turkey is 1–3 business days. Public holidays, campaign periods, or force majeure events (natural disaster, transportation disruption, strike, etc.) may affect the delivery time.

Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL or more.

In case the package is damaged during delivery, it is recommended to have a report drawn up by the cargo officer.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened
  • The security seal must be intact
  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in a resalable condition

For food supplement products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products with opened packaging due to hygiene regulations.

Return requests under the right of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to info@evolvium.com.tr.


3. Return Process

The product must be sent within 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the Seller.

After the product reaches us, its conformity with the return conditions will be examined. For returns found to be compliant with the conditions, the product fee will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days at the latest from the date the notification reaches the Seller.

In returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.


4. Defective or Damaged Product

In case the delivered product is damaged or defective, a notification with photographic evidence must be made within a reasonable period (preferably within 24 hours) from the delivery date.

For defective products:

  • Free exchange
  • or
  • Refund

options are offered.

In returns of defective products, the shipping cost is borne by the Seller.


5. Non-Returnable Products

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts;

  • Opened food supplements
  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Used products

are excluded from the scope of return.


6. Right to Amend

Our company reserves the right to amend this policy in line with legislative changes or operational requirements.
