2. Subject of the Agreement

This Preliminary Information Form contains basic information regarding the order placed by the Buyer via the website, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product Information and Total Price

The type, quantity, selling price, payment method, and delivery information of the product subject to the order are as specified on the order summary page. All prices include VAT. Shipping cost (if any) is shown separately during the order process.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. Credit card information is not stored on Seller's systems.

5. Delivery Information

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 1-3 business days. Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL or more. The Buyer will be informed in case of delays due to force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of product delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made within this period. The returned product must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

For food supplement products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for opened packages due to hygiene regulations.

7. Return Procedure

After the withdrawal notification, the product must be sent to the Seller within 10 days. After the product is inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days, depending on its conformity.

8. Complaint and Application Mechanism

In disputes, the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the T.R. Ministry of Trade.

9. Confirmation

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form before confirming the order.
