Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

Payments for purchases made through www.evolvium.com.tr are processed via credit card and debit card using the iyzico payment infrastructure.

Cash on delivery and wire transfer/EFT payment methods are not available.

2. Secure Payment

All payment transactions are protected by the 3D Secure verification system. Credit card information is not stored by our company but is processed directly by the authorized payment institution.

3. Installment Options

Installment options may vary depending on the bank and campaign periods. Applicable installment options are displayed on the payment screen.

4. Payment Confirmation and Order Validity

For an order to be valid, the payment process must be successfully completed. Orders for which payment confirmation is not received will not be processed.

Orders may be canceled in cases of suspicious transactions, security risks, or bank-related rejections.

5. Invoicing

The invoice for the order is issued electronically based on the information declared by the Buyer during the order process and is stored within the scope of relevant legislation.

6. Refund in Case of Return

For returned products, if the return conditions are met, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process will be completed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the cancellation notification reaches the Seller.

7. Unauthorized Use and Liability

In the event that a transaction is canceled by banks or payment institutions due to illegal or unauthorized use of the card, the relevant amount will be charged to the Buyer, and the Seller reserves the right to claim any potential damages.
